Welcome to BeyondTheWeb.shop. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules governing the purchase and use of our products and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Business Nature

BeyondTheWeb specializes in the sale of tarantulas and other exotic invertebrates. By purchasing from our store, you confirm that:

  • You are legally permitted to own such species in your region.
  • You assume all legal responsibility for possession, transport, or import of live animals in your jurisdiction.

Note: Public meetups and pickups are not permitted within GCC countries.

Legal Disclaimer – GCC

Under Federal Law No. 22 of 2016 (Regulating the Possession of Dangerous Animals), private individuals in the GCC are prohibited from owning or trading wildlife classified as dangerous.

Violations may result in:

  • Fines ranging from AED 10,000 to AED 700,000
  • Seizure of the animals by authorities

If confiscation occurs due to local regulation violations, the purchase is non-refundable.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By doing so, you confirm that you:

  • Are of legal age
  • Meet all local legal requirements for owning exotic animals

3. Animal Welfare & Responsibility

We guarantee that all animals are healthy and properly packed at the time of shipment. However:

  • It is your responsibility to research and provide suitable habitat, care, and conditions upon arrival.
  • We are not liable for loss or harm resulting from poor husbandry after delivery.

4. Shipping Policy 

  • We only ship to regions where tarantulas and exotic invertebrates are permitted by law.
  • Standard shipping days are Monday to Wednesday to reduce transit risk.
  • Shipments are made via DHL Express or equivalent couriers.
  • Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) may apply under strict conditions (see Section 5).

5. Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

If your order includes LAG coverage, the following conditions must be met:

  • You or a trusted receiver must be present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt
  • A clear unboxing video must be provided within 1 hour of delivery
  • The package must be opened in a climate-controlled environment.

LAG does not apply to:

  • Delays caused by the courier
  • Improper handling after delivery
  • Extreme weather conditions

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of live animal sales:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges
  • Refunds or store credit are only issued in cases covered by LAG (see above)

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours, provided the animals have not been shipped. A 25% cancellation fee may be applied to cover restocking and/or administrative costs and fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

BeyondTheWeb is not liable for:

  • Any injury, reaction, or health issue arising from contact with or care of our animals
  • Any damage resulting from the misuse, mishandling, or neglect of live specimens

By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for the safe handling and care of the animals.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, product names, descriptions, and branding elements on BeyondTheWeb.shop are the intellectual property of BeyondTheWeb. Reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited without prior written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. Continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
